This program is aimed and body fat loss and athletic endurance, not bodybuilding. But with that in mind, don’t expect to become the next Arnold. You use your own bodyweight for the exercises which is AWESOME (because you don’t need to buy a bunch of equipment).You MUST MUST MUST have an “ALL IN” attitude to succeed with an INSANITY Program.
